I came into Parks Toyota after experiencing an I-4 accident , through no fault of mine and a totaled 2015 Camry. Looking for another beautiful Camry, I reached out to Alex via phone. He was extremely quick to respond, and was very accurate as to the condition of the used 2018 Camry that had just arrived . Knowing the prices in the market, Alex encouraged me to come and drive the car. Upon my arrival, I met Joey, another sales team member that was exceptionally accomodating to my needs and was straight forward and answered every question. I feel 5 stars is not enough for Gina and Parks Toyota of Deland. From the second I met her she made me feel as if I’d known her for years. I didn’t feel pressured to get something else or rushed in my decision…she listened. More importantly she really worked her tail off to get the car I wanted and make sure everything went smooth as possible. The part I also valued most is she is excellent at communication and keeping you updated on what’s going on and the video she sent of when my car came in was the chef’s kiss. Gina, you are awesome!!! What an amazing experience buying a new vehicle. When I walked in I was greeted by my sales representative Victor Ramirez which was truly amazing and then I was introduced to the sales manger Alex Darnell which was truly amazing as well.
