We brought 3 cars from the dealership and had great experience. Had a little issue with the last one brought in and Mr. Luis Castillo help me out and made is easy. Also one of my son key doesn’t work I brought it in and service diagnose and replace the key. Overall there are minor issues but it gotten taking care and made it easy. I first brought them my 1977 Toyota Corona in 1991, followed over the years by a 1994 Toyota Tercel, a 2000 Toyota Celica GT, a 2002 Toyota Celica GT-S Action Package, a 2004 Toyota Camry, a 2019 Toyota Tacoma, a 2018 Lexus IS 300, and my current 2019 Lexus RX 350. Charlie in Parts helped me during the Corona and Tercel days, and former service advisors John DeFalco and Rick Carinci continued that tradition of dependable service. Francisco Pacheco in management has also been an important part of my longstanding relationship with Parks. More recently, Kenneth Acevedo assisted me in Sales with both of my preowned Lexus vehicles. These individuals represent different periods in my history with Parks, but the consistent thread has always been personal attention and professional service. That level of service remains just as good today. I purchased my preowned RX 350 from Parks together with the extended warranty the dealership offered and sold with the vehicle. When it recently required several substantial repairs, Alejandra Gonzalez handled the warranty process with patience, professionalism, and exceptional communication. She worked directly with the warranty company to obtain approval, arranged a loaner so that I would not be left without transportation, kept me informed, and coordinated with Lexus when the radio installation had to be completed there. So today we decided to assist my granddaughter in buying herself a vehicle... after a couple of trips to the Buy Here Pay Here guys we could not come to terms with anybody on a decent reliable vehicle...one that would be reliable enough for her to go back and forth to work and school... so, we made the decision to go to Parks Toyota again as my wife and I have bought new vehicles from them and been very very happy with them... once again our salesman CJ Dennis was awesome my granddaughter is 21 her credit is that of a 21-year-old not the greatest but not the worst... CJ worked with us we worked on a used vehicle first and could not come to the appropriate monthly payments and decided to go, at his suggestion to a new vehicle on a lease and once again Parks Toyota was able to come up with financing that was acceptable for young lady without breaking the bank... Thank you Parks Toyota for excellent negotiations and treating us with respect... We will see y'all again soon... As far as dealerships go Parks is without a doubt the best!!! This was 2 years ago...Lets see... 5 years ago ya'll did the airbag recall on my 06 Tundra... Met Courtney McGonnell who tried to sell me a new vehicle... It just wasn't the right time... I told her "When I'm ready I'll call you"... and well my poor 06 caught fire Sunday... Monday got a rental, called Courtney... Who introduced me to CJ Dennis as she has moved up in the company... CJ took over and we started to deal... He showed me a Tundra, right next to it was a Rav4... 2 vehicle deal... ok, I'm 70 years old... I have never bought a vehicle ever, on the first round... I do my homework... when I walk in I already know what's possible and what's not.... and Jason Milgrom knocked it out of the park first pitch... Straight up... That's how I like to do business... and these folk are competent, knowledgeable, and definitely customer oriented... I look forward to doing business with them... Thank you all...
