She was very knowledgable, didn't smother us, didn't pressure us, and was more than happy to bend over backwards finding multiple different cars I had located online prior to arrival. Then we found The One and started the purchase process. Everything was efficient and smooth, even with a little insurance snag, they were friendly, patient, and happy to help. I love the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SE I purchased from Parks Toyota of DeLand. I went there specifically to look at that vehicle, and I’m very happy with my purchase overall. Joey, the salesperson who assisted me, was very nice, polite, and personable throughout the process. DJ in finance was also professional and helpful in getting everything finalized. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience enjoyable. The only reason I’m not leaving a full 5-star review is due to a couple of issues during the process. I came in with a pre-approved rate from my bank, but the final financing rate ended up being higher than what I was initially told. I was also never provided with the Parks Package welcome materials, even though the Parks Package was included with the purchase and cannot be removed. Since it was part of the deal, I wanted to understand and use all of the benefits that came with it. I asked about it afterward, but it has now been a month and I still have not received it. Overall, I do appreciate Joey, DJ, and the friendly team there. I’m happy with my vehicle
