I initially never wanted to go through the dealership hassle to buy a car but when I was surfing online I saw the exact car I was looking for down the street from me…so I loaded everyone up and went to Parks Toyota. The process was extremely quick and easy (probably because I wanted to be in and out asap/we got there close to closing time). Daniel was our sales guy and he was very personable. He got the job done for us and I appreciated him answering all our questions and helping us that day. After we received the car we started having some issues here and there within the first month. The service department particularly Denise(but also literally everyone)was incredible. They were so accommodating and fixed every repair that needed to be addressed without literally any push back. Very satisfied with the service at this dealership and love my new car. Thank you for making it as stress free as possible!
