After dealing with a horrible dealership situation, concerning a defective Kia that I was sold that I had to get rid of, this place has been such a breath of fresh air. I got to work out a deal with some great people and feel so much more at peace being I purchased a way more reliable car. I was interested in one of their used vehicles, a Mazda (beautiful condition) got in right away, they had the car cleaned and ready for me, test drove the car, Carfax checked out, felt real good and at peace about everything and put up an offer. At first I wasn’t able to get it to the exact price that I wanted so I ended up leaving but called back a day later and threw out another offer that I was able to work with, and they accepted it! I was under the impression they weren’t going to budge at all but he so graciously did. I can tell they’re good people here. Racquel in sales who worked with me was amazing, instant connection being she is a fellow believer and very honest and transparent, told me everything I needed to know about the car and what I’d be expecting during financing. Amber was also SO SWEET and very helpful and even in financing, Fransico was real down to earth and gave us the best option I was looking for with the bank. Very happy I came here and was able to work out a great deal. Definitely come here if you’re in the market for a new car or even used, they have great deals on their used inventory as well! Parks Toyota is the best car buying and service experience in my 49 years of car ownership. Just upgraded my 2022 Tacoma with a new 2025 Tacoma with Raquel Kerr is my sales person (for the second time). If you want an honest fantastic car buying experience go to Park Toyota if DeLand and ask for Raquel. And, once you are an owner through their dealership, their service department is fantastic! 10 Stars!

I want to start off by saying the service advisor I had was on her game, by far the best yet over all of the years of dealing with Toyota. Her name was GINA GIBSON at Parks Toyota of Deland in Florida. She had all of my warranty information pulled up and paperwork printed before I even walked in the door for my appointment for my oil change & tire rotation. During my inspection, they found a very important problem with my car that needed to be addressed immediately. As I did not wait on site for my car to be repaired, she kept me up-to-date through text message and was on the phone immediately with the warranty company to see if the problem could be covered at no cost to me. Which it did turn out, they would cover it at no cost. She went over and beyond what no other advisor has ever done that I have dealt with. That’s why I am taking the time to leave this review for her. I highly recommend her if you ever go to this dealership. Thank you Gina!

Took my vehicle in for an oil change, filter and tire rotation. The service tech notated on my service receipt that I postponed preventative maintenance service regarding balance and alignment. Notably, I have only driven this car approximately 2,000 miles since purchase. He only assumed I purchased the vehicle since new and that's not the case. He then stated ignoring preventative maintenance can cause me to lose my warranty. The tires were rotated, balance and aligned prior to my purchase by Toyota in Winter Park. I now am concerned my warranty may be in jeopardy due to this notation on my service receipt from Parks Toyota.
